A B&M coaster built in 2001, Nitro is a megacoaster with a drop of 215 feet, tallest at Six Flags Great Adventure at the time. Now it is still a smooth megacoaster with tons of drops and hills. Cruise at a high speed of 78 mph down a 215 foot drop and hold on tight as you go over countless drops and hills.

Installed the Nitro trk file.
Installed the 4 CS you named above. The CS packs are shown in the menus in-game.
In-game, select Nitro from the list, The blue ghost of the track shows. Try to build the track and RCT3 CTDs.
Maybe another CS is needed that is not mentioned?
Any help is appreciated.
Edit: I have RCT3 + Soaked + Wild.

The canopies were all I was missing. I knew it was some type of canopy by looking closely at the screenshots, just did not know which one. :)
