The final Asian scenario in my RCT2 Wacky Worlds Redux series, Okinawa Coast II (scenario name: Asia - Japanese Coastal Reclaim II) is a revisited version of Asia - Japanese Coastal Reclaim (Okinawa Coast) from RCT2 Wacky Worlds except it has an additional Prehistoric theme and the height restrictions have been removed. In exchange for the removal of height restrictions, harder park rating and harder guest generation have been enabled, and a lot more rides have been made available to use as well. As you start the scenario with 1,337 guests already in the park, you will have to immediately build coasters that are longer than 600 m (1,968 ft) and have an excitement rating of at least 6.00 to continue attracting guests.
Goal: To have at least 4,600 guests in your park at the end of October, Year 5, with a park rating of at least 600.

Fear of earthquakes usually stunt tall structures, guests would be nervous for sure when riding tall rides.

With the height restrictions here removed, I would assume that the rides are built with sturdier materials.
