Panic & Fear
He moved through his resistance to completing the short memoir project he wrote today and published it as an ebook on Amazon. He suddenly feels afraid about the reception: "What will people think of it? Will I get banned for not consenting Julia to write the foreword and afterword? What will the group think? So may groundless fears but to the artist child within, they are fears that scare them in preventing them to move forward. So, with anything he does, he grounds himself through getting ready for sleep (brushing his teeth, applying skincare, etc.) and creating a simple and straightforward rollercoaster with his panic & fear. His panic and fear created some very great stats for it is user-friendly too. "Well done," he says to himself as he used his anxiety to create art.
