A Boardwalk Pier Seaside Park Scenario from Tycoon Trek as it's a step up version both my Barony Bridge, Big/Paradise Pier some as this park is mostly inspired by Luna Park Melbourne & Sydney Australia as I was very pleased with this park and did use other scenery from other expansion packs to make the beach and town a bit realistic with just cars and tents,
