This scenario looks to be mathematically impossible. Given the average guest cash of 66, in a pay-per-entry park, the loan interest alone can never be matched. The guest goal is also likely not possible in 3 years, as usually 1k/year without ads is near the limit, even without the bad terrain and ride selection issues.
