You bought land in a Canadian Tundra near a small isolated town where permafrost makes editing landscapes impossible and the summers are cold making seasons short. Don't let the innocent landscape fool you since this scenario is almost as hard as Quantum's Edge and has many similar aspects to it with the only difference being you got almost all the land to work with and you can advertise your park.
