Not every "Chris Sawyer's Collections" Roller Coaster got imported into RCT2, and Rat Race is one that never made it (I'm sure because of that problematic, but essential, single Track Booster out of Station 2).
!Rat Race adds Block Brakes and operates 4 full-sized trains; aside from the Photo Section, the track remains true to the original RCT design. Alas!, that it isn't suitable for either RCT Classic or Vanilla RCT2.
I've inserted a dispatch delay that prevents trains from hanging at the top of the Lift Hill. Throughput remains robust, however, with two Stations sending trains: !Rat Race is economical to place, and earns money.
