Located in the center of a desert, Rest Area 53 is a spot located between 2 desert highways, and it is looking to revamp it's open area into something interesting!
However, local ordinance states you're not allowed to change the landscape, nor remove any trees or cacti so there's still foliage to look at in the desert.

Also, I'm creating this park for RCTClassic as this is being uploaded, it will take a bit of time since I'm still rather new with RCTClassic.
