The marvellous city of Rio de Janeiro, tucked between Tijuca forest and Guanabara Bay, wants to be thrilling all year long, not just during Carnaval. Today the city only offers downtown's Circo Voador, the Sugarloaf cableway, and everybody's favorite, the Bondinho de St Teresa that seems to stretch all the way from Carioca to Ipanema. But this is not enough, something is still missing.
