Do you have the expansion packs installed? And the RMC cars? This won't work without the RMC cars

i have soaked and wild and the cars and it still wont work. i also got a track unresolved
(track based 0 (0-0) not resolved see.trr file) thats what i got

okay it works but when i click on the track it freezes and gives an "Unresolved Track Section" error

It gives me a layout that automatically builds itself piece by piece, and there are no supports or struts between the rails. Help?
