Unfortunately the roofs didn't come out right but, other than that this is one of the most useful beach sets you'll find ;).
Remember Style/Themed. It should show up with an RP14 logo on it and it doesn't have any title in the game, but that's how it turned out when I was testing it. The RCT3 Importer was being goofy :P.
