Sacred Wounds
He creates this rollercoaster while listening to Christina Aguilera's 'Stripped' album. He feels a sadness over the night that has been experienced. Loss after loss, disappointment after disappointment, discouragement after discouragement, he managed to deal with each of them creatively as possible through writing, through gentle coaxing for better days, through singing, through recording, through sensual touch, through 'anything' creative. It was like everyone and everything were giving him support wrapped in thorns, sandpaper and anything else painful to experience, and it was up to him to use what he has learned over 7 years as a recovering creative. The only cure of loss, discouragement, disappointment and criticism is creativity, and that is what he exactly did. To his surprise, he was rewarded with a free 100's and 1000s sprinkles because the supermarket misprinted the price, something we wanted on his desire list, or what he calls the Imagic-nation list. As a child, he did not the same creative skills as he does now, constantly experiencing the wound and re-wounding of loss, discouragement, criticism and disappointment. However, now he realises after all that wounding, criticism has become a friend, a sacred wound he calls it. Something he knows all too well and knows the pain, the hollow feeling inside after experiencing loss. If there is one thing he could pass onto others, is that the only cure for loss, disappointment, criticism and discouragement is creativity. Nothing else from his experience has done a better job than that. Creativity basically says, "I know it hurts, I know you are in pain, I know that sucks but look what you've made out of it. You will heal and you'll grow stronger." His sacred wound makes him stronger because he empowers himself with creativity when encountering criticism. He dedicates this creation to himself for being the Olympic warrior for creativity.
