This is my very first scenario I created for here.
I have decided to start with a sandbox-type map with an objective of medium difficulty.

3000 guests with a rating above 700
loan capped at 30k$
Annual interest rate of 30%
Guests prefer more intense rides
Pay per ride only
Cool and wet climate

I accidently put the information kiosk in the research category but it was already too late once I realized this. I guess it'll act as an additional challenge.
