Guests will have high average cash, but high expectations as well, so the park rating will be difficult to raise.

"Your company Skyline Entertainment Co has finished the construction of a new entertainment complex downtown. The only things missing are the rides and the guests! The park is located in an affluent area downtown, however guests will have high expectations."

Play area is restricted to on/inside the skyscraper, but construction rights can be purchased outside the complex.
