So, as stated in the description - you've already got one skyscraper for lease (construction rights only!), with a Single-Rail Rollercoaster already present - as there is a lot of rain in the region the previous tycoon cleverly put the ride mostly indoors. Some land is also owned by the park, but not much - the land around is also available for purchase for not too high price.
Similar buildings are also available around for purchase - you can cleverly acquire construction rights for them to build more high-income indoor rides. As they are much cheaper than land rights, it is recommended to go for them as soon as possible.
For the struggling tycoons there is much to be gained with research - particularly even the only covered RollerCoaster for easy income :)
