Spiralling Into Discouragement
Today was a wild day full of ups and downs. From the negative internal dialogue sweeping me at every chance to make me believe I am not good enough, that I am worthless, I won't amount to anything, etc. to experiencing rude and apathetic interactions with two pharmacists while getting my drivers licence certified for a new bank application, I just feel internally discouraged and I created this roller coaster for the sake of it, exactly how I am feeling.
