I made this one story Brick Garage Structure so you can stack them if you want a larger one. I didn't add lighting because of that. You would have lights in the air.
This uses Brick Walls ( Original RCT3) and Office Building Walls (Soaked).
Please do not take my photos, and my file, and post them as your own.
To put it in the correct folder. Go to My computer < documents < RCT3 < Structure
