Starry Studios have asked you to help convert their active movie studios into a successful studio park. However, they are insistent that you do not build high nor demolish the historic buildings. Maybe you could build some big rides inside them though...

I really enjoyed this scenario a lot. Tried to sandbox make a studio park it was hard .
