Twisted Timbers, formerly known as Hurler, is a steel roller coaster located at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. Designed and manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC), the ride opened to the public on March 24, 2018. Following the closure of Hurler in 2015, RMC was hired to replace the aging roller coaster. The track was redesigned and converted from wood to steel, utilizing the company's I-Box track technology, which allowed for more aggressive elements including three overbanked turns, three inversions, and twenty airtime moments. Twisted Timbers is also faster than its predecessor, reaching a maximum speed of 54 mph
