This is a set of RCT3 custom scenery which gives the effect of neon lights that are on during both the day and night. This set can basically be broken down into two types of pieces: tubes and light emitters. First, you place down your tubes and then if you want them to let off light, you pick the strength lighting emitter you want and place them inside the tubes. If you need more information just PM me.
