No, its no cut scene from Frozen, just another scenery about snow. U know u gotta have a lot of people (here: 1.600 before october year 4), but do u know how to please the guests ull find here? Hope u so.
I minutely designed the mountain to be a beautiful n peaceful place to build what u want (honestly what u can build there), then I hope u enjoy it.

I like that you layered the mountain-side to make building there managable. A lot of RCT2 scenarios don't have that.
