Description: "The Seasideville Planning Board has asked you to turn this failing zoo into a thriving park and expects immediate success."
Requirements: Vanilla RCT2 with expansions, Open RCT2, or RCT Classic.
Extra Notes: Park is Pay to Enter, and guests start off hungry and thirsty. Harder Park Rating is enabled, and park size is moderate. There is extra land available to purchase for around 50 a tile.
